STAY HOME (over the next 4 weeks – it could be longer)
 
SELF ISOLATE (@ home to stop the spread of Covid19/Coronavirus)
 
If you have to leave the house to go to the doctor or get kai and supplies
1) Keep a physical distance of 2 metres from other people
2) Wash your hands with soap regularly for at least 20 seconds
3) Cough into your elbow
4) Ask one person in your whanau to get the shopping or medicine
 
5) If you feel unwell, call your GP or Healthline on 0800 611 116.
If you think you have Covid19 with a sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, and new cough, contact COVID19 Healthline 0800 358 54 53.

“Essential services” will stay open like supermarkets, doctors, service stations and pharmacies and have stocks. There may be certain restrictions, like different opening hours or a limit on how many people are allowed in-store, but they will be open. Some of our NHHT services are part of essential services, this includes our Kawakawa Medical Centre (KMC), Maiaorere Home Support, Disability Support Services and Te Hononga Hou Residential Services.
