Vacancy 052/2021, Registered Nurse, Telehealth & Digital CVD, Kawakawa – (1.0 Fte)
We have a full-time position available for a dynamic and passionate Registered Nurse to deliver remote monitoring and care of patients within the comfort of their own homes who have had either a Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD) event or are at risk of developing CVD.
This includes working with whanau to create a monitoring plan that allows them to register their daily vital signs and any symptoms of deteriorating health and to provide them with feedback, educational material and communicate with them virtually.
