Over the years Ngāti Hine Health Trust (NHHT) Board has seen many trustees who have contributed to the governance and strategic direction of NHHT.
NHHT acknowledges Ataarangi Norman who passed away in December 2019, she was the second longest serving board member and was well respected by the kaimahi and communities. He tohu aroha tenei.
The board today is chaired by Gwen Tepania-Palmer, they meet monthly to provide oversight of the Trust’s activities and support its Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Milner. The Board has a Finance, Audit & Risk Subcommittee chaired by Rob Gabel one of the board members. Other board members are Rowena Tana, Harris Shortland and Dr Te Tuhi Robust. The life members acknowledged are Pauline Paraha and Pane Cooper. Kevin Prime is the new patron following the passing of Te Kopa Tipene. NHHT acknowledges John Vujcich and Dr Erana Cooper who recently stepped down as trustees following the NHHT 2019 AGM held at Tau Henare marae and will welcome new trustees in 2020 – Moe Milne, Keri Ihimaera-Milne and Sally Webb.
Ngāti Hine Health Trust are honoured to have the ongoing involvement of the following kaumātua who were in involved with the foundation of the organisation and have continued to provide guidance and support over the 26 years of its existence.

The road ahead is directed by our strategic plan that builds upon the Whānau Ora outcomes framework our new model of practice. Breaking down silos and focusing on a whānau centered approach and whānau empowerment by supporting them to advance their well-being.
