Tena koutou,
He mihi mahana tenei kia koutou e nga whanau me te hapori. He mihi ano tenei ki wa tatou kaimahi o te hauora. The team here at Ngati Hine Health Trust is doing its best to ensure our mahi can, and will, continue as we deal with the fast-changing COVID-19 situation. The Board of Trustees met this week and encouraged the Ngati Hine Health Trust to do what it needs to do, to support our communities and staff in what is an exceptional time with Covid19.
Engaging with our whanau and communities
We are taking the advice from the Ministry of Health guidelines and are operating with caution to protect our whanau, people and the communities Ngati Hine Health Trust serves.
For health, wellbeing and safety, we are preparing for the likelihood that we’ll need to change the way we engage. We are currently working with most of our services at this stage carrying on – business as usual. Of course with caution, taking the advice from the Ministry of Health. We are discussing with our funders around redeployment of our resources to focus on Covid19 where necessary. We will be striving to keep the lines of communication open to engage with you our people.
Nga Manaakitanga – We wish you and all our whanau to stay safe and well.
