Te Manawaroa o Ngati Hine nga mahi kua tutuki

Kia ora to all our whanau out there. Thank you to our kaimahi and all the other essential kaimahi out there.

Here’s a few pics from last week and this week.

·         Sorting and distributing care and kai packs.

·         Whanau taking their own health cautions – leaving signs out front of the house with designated drop off areas and practising social distancing.

·         NHHT crew went out with a van and trailer to Terenga Paraoa Marae to grab tables and chairs to set up the warehouse for the Ngātiwai/Whangarei Takiwa Kai Pack initiative.

·         The first lot of 200 manaaki hygiene packs for Whangarei Takiwa were picked up from Otangarei and stored at our Tari set for delivery to whanau.

·         NHHT helped deliver 200 kai packs rolling out over the week and  the team taking up the challenge.

·         Working with Ngati Hine FM to keep our communities connected and informed.

·         Connecting with agencies, community groups and supporting Te Manawaroa o Ngati Hine.
