A community focussed on whānau Hauora

Our Marohapa housing development in Moerewa is nearing completion and will soon be available for whānau in need of housing.

‍

This project goes beyond providing homes—it aims to create a community that prioritises the connection, growth and well-being of whānau.

‍

Central to this development is the Wellness Centre, a space where whānau and the wider community can access:

‍

🌿 Wellness seminars and workshops focused on supporting hauora.
🤝 Tenant Readiness programs to develop skills for maintaining long-term tenancies.
💛 Hauora support services offered by Ngati Hine Health Trust and partner organizations.
📚 Opportunities to participate in education, employment, and life skills workshops within the community.

Marohapa is part of the Social Housing initiative, and eligibility requires being on the Social Housing Register.
