Housing

Ngā Whare mō Ngā Whānau

Ngāti Hine Health Trust owns and manages kaumātua housing, houses and flats in Moerewa. We also offer access to an emergency house in Kawakawa.

Houses, flats and accommodation are rented out to whānau in our community at affordable rates. We can assist people with transitional housing and emergency housing placements.

The Rapid Rehousing programme assists individuals and whānau who are or have become suddenly homeless.

Support is provided to help families return to permanent housing and prevent homelessness from recurring.

Our Sustaining Tenancies support service helps people get everything they need to move into a new rental property and supports them in maintaining their tenancies.

Our team can and often refer tenants who need access to our other services.

External, internal and community referrals are all accepted.
