The Big Booster Bundle Giveaway Promotion Terms and ConditionsGeneral TermsThe Big Booster Bundle Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Ngāti Hine Health Trust.The Promotion runs from 8:00am 31 January 2022 until 5pm on 30 March 2022 or when notified otherwise. If dates need to change, we will include notifications on Our website (www.nhht.co.nz) and Facebook page (@ngātihinehealthtrust).If You do not accept any of Our terms and conditions, you will be excluded from the draws.DefinitionsThis Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Ngāti Hine Health Trust. “You” “Your” means a person included in the Campaign.Eligibility6. Entry into The Big Booster Bundle Giveaway Campaign is available to all Northland residents over 12 years of age, who meet all of the following criteria;a) Have received a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or Booster Covid-19 vaccination at one of our Ngāti Hine Health Trust vaccination stations, waka or events between 9:00am 31st January 2022 to 5:00pm 30th March 2022.Entry is limited to one per person only.Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of the Rules and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Promotion.ExclusionsAll Ngāti Hine Health Trust employees and contractors are excluded from this draw.You can request to be excluded from the draws by emailing Your full name, date of birth, and postal address to communications@nhht.co.nzIf You win a weekly prize valued at $500 or more, You will be excluded from further weekly draws until the final major draw which will be held on 31st March 2022.How prize winners are selectedThere are two entry card collection sites:Site 1: Ngāti Hine Health Trust, 5 Walton Street in WhangāreiSite 2: Ngāti Hine Health Trust, 2-4 Rayner Street in Kawakawa.There will be one weekly prize winner from each of the entry collection sites, who will receive a $500 Prezzy Card.The winning Prezzy Card Winner entry forms will be removed from further weekly draws but removed entries will be resubmitted for the final major draw (8 x Big Booster Bundles), to be held on 31st March 2022. See ExclusionsAll valid entries collected from both Whangārei and Kawakawa sites will be entered into the major prize draw will be held at Ngāti Hine Health Trust, 5 Walton Street, Whangārei on 31st March 2022.Prize Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form.If You win and we are unable to contact You within two days of the notification by using the contact details You have provided, the prize will be forfeited. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to draw a new winner for the prize.Our determination of the prize winner and the exclusion of any person from the draw will be final and binding, and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into.Ngāti Hine Health Trust reserves the right to change the prizes at any time.Use of image and privacyIf You win a prize in the Promotion, we may ask to use Your name and image for promotional and media purposes and to participate in any promotional events, in each case without compensation.If You win a Prize, You consent to us providing Your name and contact details to the relevant partner that We are working with in relation to the Prize, who will contact You regarding redemption and delivery of the Prize.You agree that the prize will be provided to You at an appropriate COVID-19 Alert Level as determined by the partner and in accordance with any redemption and delivery terms and conditions they may have.Winning the PrizeOnly the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the Prize (the ‘Winner’)The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. If a prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value.If the Winner is under the age of 18 years, their parent or legal guardian must accompany the Winner or give their prior written consent to the award of the Prize.Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions by Our partners, for example, vouchers may have additional terms and conditions and/or and expiry date. Expenses such as but not limited to, travel to accommodation, travel insurance, meals, spending money, and other associated expenses, unless otherwise stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.The Prize is taken entirely at the Winner’s own risk. The Winner is responsible for any tax or other costs arising in relation to or associated with the Prize.You acknowledge that (to the extent permitted by law) we are not liable, and You release and indemnify us and any persons associated with the draw in respect of any claim, for any accident, injury, death, property damage and other losses that may occur in connection with the draw or any prize.Ngāti Hine Health Trust ResponsibilityNgāti Hine Health Trust reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.Ngāti Hine Health Trust takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to misspelling, Force Majeure of otherwise.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ngāti Hine Health Trust will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the prize.Where the Prize is to be supplied by an entity outside Ngāti Hine Health Trust control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, Ngāti Hine Health Trust has no responsibility for the provision of the Prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative Prize or to take legal action to require the Prize supplier to provide the Prize.
