Moerewa: A community celebrates a centenary
Simpson Park in Moerewa might seem like an unremarkable piece of turf. But for the few thousand that have, over the last 100 years, run barefoot, booted up, grazed knees, cauliflowered ears, sprained ankles, broken legs, torn muscles, scored tries, lost matches created friendships and lasting memories - it's a field of dreams.
